This is a REMOTE (work from home) position

Implements and supports ECM/EDMS (electronic content management/electronic data management systems) and Letter Generation systems. Analyzes business processes and performs needs assessments to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. Configures system settings and options. Plans and executes unit acceptance testing. Creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Supports operations and helpdesk organizations to provide excellent customer service to internal/external business customers. Provides high level of technical expertise for operational support functions. Works with development, business analysts, vendors, operations, production support, architects, and other IT teams. Enforces security policies and procedures. Creates release packages and supports code repository systems. May provide information for risk assessments and audits. Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with the following technologies required, with minimum 3 - 5 years experience.
ECM/EDMS and/or letter generation systems
IIS 6.0 and higher
MS SQL 2003/2008
Server Administration
Knowledge management and workflow systems
Issue tracking systems
Basic WebSphere administration and support
Java and java error strings
MS Office Suite

Basic scripting knowledge
Basic coding knowledge (preference for html, javascript, asp)
Networking knowledge
Software development life cycle knowledge
Code repository systems
Security knowledge
Risk assessment/auditing knowledge
Kodak scanners and Capture software
IBM AIX a plus

  • Fluent in use of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with OCR/Data entry, business rules, workflow, enterprise content management, and communications management software a plus. (Preference will be given to those with familiarity with DocFinity, FileNet, xPression, and FormWorks).
Candidate must have experience with and knowledge of hosted systems. Must implement and support hosted environments and provide tier 3 on-going support and maintenance.
  • Candidate must have strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills. Must have a good overall understanding of network, server, and telecom infrastructure/architecture.
  • Experience withWindows-based Server ( Microsoft Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008 ) environments
Experience with Helpdesk and Operational standards preferred but not required.
