A major software company that creates development controls and features for software engineers is launching its newest content management product and has also recently acquired a competitor. Due to this rapid expansion, they are seeking to fill 3 Tech Support roles for their Waltham office. This position is ideal for outgoing tech-oriented individuals looking to jump start their careers and recent CS graduates who eventually want to get into development!
o Act as a liaison between customers and various internal development teams
o Provide timely support to customers and members of the sales team through ticketing system, email, or over the phone
o Work on a team of 4 to support sales team with technical product webinars
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
o 0-3 years of overall professional technical experience
o Strong technical background (Preferably ASP.NET)
o Bachelor's Degree in CS or related field
o Excellent communication skills
o Down to earth, creative, & extremely tech driven
