Description

Intel Foundry group is looking for Engineers in the following areas:

Memory Design, PDE, ASIC Design, Analog Design, and PCK/MPS/PPI

Qualifications

Job Description: This job code and req is expressly for screening candidates for a RUSH event for ICF group.

Qualifications:
Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering is required

Memory Design: Demonstrate experience in device physics and digital design such as Memory/SRAM design and its operation.

Scripting language Perl, TCL or C+ (RCG & experience). Familiar with industry standard tools for schematic capture, layout and spice simulator.

PDE: Demonstrate experience with Logic Design, Microprocessor architecture , programming skills in C/C++ and Perl (or other similar scripting programming) , VLSI Circuit design and Semiconductor fundamentals

ASIC: Computer Architecture, Logic Design, Digital Design, System Verilog, RTL Modeling, Verification techniques

Knowledge of logic synthesis, timing concepts, clocking methods and design verification

Experience with leading industry standard CAD tools/flows from Synopsys, Cadence

Experience with scripting language (Perl, Tcl, or Python), and/or CAD tool scripting (Cadence SKILL, OCEAN).

Analog: Knowledge of in high speed serial/parallel data links (multi Gb/s), PHY circuits, transceivers, Serializer-Deserializer,

PLLs, Clock and Data Recovery circuits

Knowledge of device level physics, design, modeling and simulation, mixed signal design, modeling and verification

Experience with leading industry standard CAD tools/flows like Cadence, Synopsys, Matlab, HSpice etc

Knowledge of IC manufacturing and process technology

Knowledge of signal integrity issues, aging, reliability and packaging

PCK/MPS/PPI : Knowledge of digital, analog, and mixed signal circuit design, semiconductor device physics, models and scaling. Expertise with industry standard CAD tools/flows like Cadence Virtuoso/ Composer and Spectre/Hspice. Good experience with programming language (C/C++), scripting language (Perl, Tcl, or Python), and/or CAD tool scripting (Cadence SKILL, OCEAN).

Preferred Qualifications:
GPA of 3.5 or higher
