We are currently seeking candidates for a Senior Software Developer position in our Dublin, Ohio headquarters

Responsibilities

Provides coordination, tracking and budget support for product marketing programs and activities
Collects and analyzes data and prepares reports on product marketing programs to help measure effectiveness and inform changes in marketing strategy
Assists Product Marketing team by helping write various marketing materials and distributing them
Project coordination and tracking for product marketing programs
Product marketing webinars. Provide webinar support to the Product Marketing Managers (set up, registration, reminders, follow up communications, and coordination as appropriate with lead generation)
Marketing Calendar. Coordinate product marketing calendar (gather tactical plans and track in database), lead marketing coordination meetings and prepare rolling 3-month summaries to share with marketing and sales management team and other stakeholders.
Work with Communications team to track calls for conference submissions and coordinate with product marketing team on opportunities. Work with the Marketing Communications Coordinator and Events Team to maintain the shared event calendar.
Coordinate placement of OCLC product marketing communications with internal and external groups (submit, track due dates)
Help track conference proposal opportunities and support the Proposal and Sponsorship Review Committee
Assist Product Marketing Managers with conference presentations (helping write presentations, assisting with logistics, helping secure and prepare speakers) and coordinating with Events group
Track budget expenditures as requested
Data Collection, Analysis, and Preparation of Reports

Measure, Analyze, and Report: Compile data and create regular and ad hoc reports for management and team to determine effectiveness of product marketing and return on objectives.
Sales and Market Insights: Review sales Call Reports and other marketing intelligence and compile data to feed back to product marketing and management team
Measure, Analyze, and Report. Track the ongoing impact of various product marketing activities to inform marketing strategy. Prepare reports for Product Marketing managers and help prepare summaries for senior leadership team and stakeholders
Create regular and ad hoc reports, including visualization of data.
Writing and marketing materials distribution
Help edit and write marketing messages, working closely with members of Product Marketing team and adapting for audiences and communications vehicles
Work with product marketing and sales to manage and maintain content on the sales portal
Take finalized messaging and cascade across multiple communications channels

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years overall business experience as Marketing Analyst or similar position.
1-2 years broad-based marketing or sales support experience in technology-oriented or not-for-profit industry
Self-starter and polished marketing professional.
Experienced and comfortable interacting with executives
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Ability to build influence
Action and results oriented. Proven ability to set and meet deadlines. Ability to quickly identify and react to potential problems and opportunities.
Collaborative working style.
Curious and analytic by nature
