The ITWorks Project Manager is responsible for managing quality projects throughout the project lifecycle; ensuring world-class service is provided by coordinating departmental or cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high quality deliverables.
Additional Responsibilities will include the following:
Overall resource management, set expectations, recognize achievements, educate on core processes (change control, SR management, Alarmpoint, Remedy, etc.), keep everyone on the same page and review issues from the day prior so we know what our users are experiencing.
Manage the communication, meetings, decisions, etc. and communicate with the client
Coordinate and manage activities between the Winona Application Team and appropriate KC teams (AMS, Helpdesk, multiple Solution teams, etc.).
Project Management and overall program management for all Winona application / business projects.
Understand business strategy and direction. Develop roadmaps that help to achieve the business strategy
Continually refining processes to ensure smooth application operational workflow
Work with the Winona Application Team resources to manage incoming code packages, set domain strategy, review flashes, handle CRs, escalate SRs as needed, etc
Contribute to LEAN process improvement activities including assisting in deciding process improvement events for IS, as well as evaluating continuous improvement steps
Project Management Experience
Technical or Clinical Degree and/or equivalent experience
Strong communication and client skills
Consulting and/or Implementation experience would be a plus
Understand Winona business strategy and direction and help define as the client/projects evolve
Ability to develop roadmaps that help to achieve the business strategy
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Any professional certifications in Project Management would be a plus
