Job Summary Purpose of the Department: The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide analytical and financial support and guidance to management and various operational units as required. The analysis and output generated by this position will assist operational leaders in making decisions relative to staffing, scheduling, containing operating expenses, and maximizing profitability as well as supporting the overall Company’s financial planning and analysis objectives.

About this Position: The purpose of the Senior Financial Analyst position is to . . .
§ Prepare, analyze and distribute monthly headcount models for various operational teams.
§ Prepare, analyze and distribute monthly incentive plan/bonus summary, comparing various incentive compensation metrics (hourly base rate, hourly bonus rate, % achieving bonus, etc.) for all operational teams.
§ Prepare, analyze and distribute monthly “Right Number” and “Incentive Plan” executive summaries , which includes reporting on prior month actual vs. expected results and developing explanations to support those results.
§ Prepare monthly reporting to assist Customer Service, Auto Pay, and Front End management in staffing and scheduling decisions .
§ Prepare monthly forecast variance analysis /explanations for Customer Service, Auto Pay, and Front End and assist management with ongoing forecast planning and changes.
§ Perform moderate to complex “ad hoc” analysis on an as needed basis.
§ Supports supervisor in identifying process improvement opportunities .
§ Maintain a high level of customer service .
§ Support additional Finance requests.
