Required Skills: Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced support environment. Outstanding oral and written communications skills in both technical and client facing situations. Manage own time and time of others while working in coordination with various teams like database administrators, system administrators, network administrators and other IT teams Provide technical expertise in the diagnosis and resolution of issues. Experience in scripting and using source code control systems. Contribute to detailed environment documentation (architectural diagrams, block diagrams, etc.) Proficiency in of hosted solutions - like Ultimate, Dynamics AX, SalesForce and/or TimeShareWare is a plus. Production support experience in multiple QA and Development environments. Solid understanding of Incident, Problem, Release, Change, and Project management policy and processes, as well as an established SDLC framework Understanding and ability to implement SOAP and REST services. Strong HTML background Understand JAVA, .NET and general programming languages. Manage the external support team of the hosted partners. Will be responsible for allocating resources for specific projects and communicating status to department and team leads
Education: A BA / BS degree that is relevant to the position. 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Enterprise applications. Strong interpersonal skills to resolve problems in a professional manner, lead working groups, negotiate and create consensus
