Account Manager
Crowdcast - San Francisco, CA
We are seeking an account manager with the ability to manage our sales process and build our pipeline. You will be responsible for up-selling into trial and current customer accounts, following up on inbound inquiries, trade show attendance, webinar and event follow-up.

Responsibilities

Convert trial customers to paid clients
Educate and qualify leads
Make and maintain contact and assist prospects through the sales process
Actively and accurately update and maintain client database for all accounts and prospects
Work with marketing to generate targeted collateral and demos

Experience

2-5 years of software sales or relevant experience

Skills

Confident and articulate, with both strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Proven consultative sales skills

Education

BS/BA degree
