Businessolver is growing and will be adding additional members to the team during 2013. We are seeking individuals with a strong Customer Service background for various Service Center Representative roles as we grow. If you are a professional who enjoys providing an exceptional experience for each caller we would like to hear from you!
**Hiring will be taking place throughout 2013!

The Gig:
Answer inbound calls professionally, with high energy and a positive attitude
Respond accurately and thoroughly to caller inquiries and document call detail accordingly
Proactively seek knowledge specific to each client and demonstrate proficiency to handle various levels of client calls
In addition to answering calls, perform a variety of operational tasks with responsibility to accurately document incoming receipts and work to resolution
Work under general supervision following established procedures

What you need to possess to make the cut:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
Demonstrated customer service experience with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience with COBRA Administration, Verification Services, Retiree Services, and Document Fulfillment a significant plus
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Products
Flexibility with scheduling and daily duties
Strives for excellence
Team Player
Benefit Administration experience / life and health license a plus
