Job Summary: NAU?Country Insurance is hiring a Crop Claims Adjuster responsible for adjusting both multi peril crop insurance (MPCI) and crop hail claims across southern Ohio. This person will be responsible for delivering prompt and courteous service to policyholders and agents.?Essential Job Responsibilities: Responsible to build and maintain professional relationships with agents, other adjusters and marketing reps.Record, process, and transmit loss information to accurately determine potential damages in ?accordance with federal and state regulatory requirements and company rules, regulations, ?and procedures.Complete field inspections, read maps, measure fields and storage bins.Complete initial and ongoing training.Perform other duties as assigned.?Required Experience and Education: High School diploma or equivalent2 years of experience working in agricultural and farmingAbility to travel (Approximately 100%)Preferred Education: Bachelors degree in Agriculture Science or a related field or equivalent experience.Preferred Experience: Multi-peril crop insurance and/or crop hail claims experience.Other Skills and AbilitiesExcellent customer relation and communication (written and verbal) skills.Strong analytical skills, accurate, problem solver.Self-motivated.Satisfactory driving record.?Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.To apply for this job, please go to the following link: http://qbena.com/qbe-north-america/careers.aspx?Then click on "Career Opportunities" and search Job ID 24071?The companies of QBE?North America?are committed to equal employment opportunities.
