Our accounting department has an opportunity for an individual to provide secondary administrative support to the NSF and Credit Departments.
This highly self-motivated individual will have the opportunity to assist in maintaining the organization within the departments by: reviewing store surveillance video, entering data, and processing legal documents.
Approximately 20-25 hours a week, Monday through Friday working day or evening shifts with rotating Saturdays. Some occasional Sunday shifts as needed.
It may be necessary for this co-worker to work additional hours as needed.

Prior experience in an accounting related field, specifically collection experience and knowledge of paper check structure and components.
This individual must also possess a friendly and outgoing personality and have
demonstrated the following in previous employment: high level of customer service;
ability to work with a variety of individuals from executives to co-workers;
demonstrated level of confidentiality and professionalism; excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills; organized and detail orientated; possess excellent math skills with ability to collect, analyze, and interpret information into meaningful results; ability to identify and complete tasks without direct supervision; prioritize and manage multiple tasks; meet deadlines; operate personal computers with excellent typing and 10 key punch skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products; knowledge of operating other general office equipment such as a fax machine, scanner, copier, printer, and adding machine;
ability to sort items alphabetically and numerically;
work in fast paced, safety conscious environment.
Knowledge of AS
is a plus.
