We are currently
  • looking for Call Center Agents, Experienced Collectors and Bilingual (Spanish/English) Agents in our Phoenix Center. Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer care calls and obtain payment of past due invoices Gather data and document proper systems per customer requirements Responsible for basic customer and team communication via e-mail, memos and voicemail Any other duties as assigned Requirements: Customer Service and/or Collection experience General PC knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task Must be detail oriented and possess good oral and written communication skills High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
