The Recruiter/HR Generalist is responsible for:
Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for security officer positions in Eastern Tennessee.
Performing background checks and administering drug testing results for selected applicants.
Ensuring all new hire files are completed accurately, formatted, and maintained according to company standards.
Maintaining I-9 records through E-Verify for all employees.
Data entry for employment information and status changes within the HRIS system.
Consulting with managers and supervisors on employee relations issues.
Investigation of employee complaints and maintaining records of those investigations.
Respond to requests for information on unemployment claims, and participate as needed in unemployment hearings.
Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting, must have a clean criminal record, be able to pass a drug screen, and have completed at least 2 years of college.
