The HR Representative will serve as the general HR contact for over 850 employees.

Bachelors degree in HR or related field preferred; HS Diploma required. A minimum of two years experience in HR or related field. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task, ability to adhere to and meet deadlines, experience in handling sensitive, confidential information, excellent communication skills (oral and written), ability to raise issues proactively and in a timely manner, well-developed team skills, and the experience, confidence and presence to effectively handle interpersonal relationships and sensitive HR issues. Candidate must have polished presentation skills and be comfortable in front of audiences.
