This position is responsible for supporting the Salesforce.com CRM Team and Order Management team within the Sales Operations organization of Neustar’s Enterprise Services. Sound technical understanding and applied knowledge of Salesforce.com, Sales Processes and Order Management will be leveraged into meeting the responsibilities of the role outlined below.
Serve as resource to support Salesforce.com related activities for the Enterprise Sales Team Overflow support for Order Management as needed including backup for vacations and end of month support
Ensure the consistent and effective use of SalesForce.com by Sales teams to ensure quality data
Case Management in SFDC and actively monitor cases requiring cross-functional support
Manage daily Case queue for requests and provide status update
Working with sales as it relates to Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities and managing to Sales Rules of Engagement
escalations related to Sales Rules of Engagement within sales management chain of command.
Salesforce.com training and support to end users
Assist in the creation and modification of reports and custom dashboards
Ad hoc reporting as needed
Data Management and clean-up for Salesforce.com as directed by the Enterprise Salesforce.com Administrators
Facilitate the on-boarding process for new hires within the sales organization as it relates to operational activities, tool access and internal process guidelines.
Interacts directly with Sales in support of contract edits, closed deal approvals and other pre- and post-sale Sales Ops support
Ensure accuracy of data associated with closed deals
Act as subject matter expert as it relates to the Apttus Order Management system and interface between Order Management and Salesforce.com CRM team within Enterprise Services
Work with Sales Leadership in the reporting of account allocation of territories for sales team to ensure that accounts are correctly assigned and equitably allocated
Work with sales management as it relates to Account Assignments and Account Balance and making modifications as directed within Salesforce.com
Track and research issues and get resolution of account disputes in support of Sales Rules of Engagement
Bachelors degree in business or related field
4+ years experience with Salesforce.com
Minimum 4 years Sales Operations or other sales related or supporting roles
Experience with Data Migration and Data Cleansing within Salesforce.com
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with problem solving and decision making skills.
Able to support work schedule flexibility outside of standard business hours as needed
Work well as a team player in an extremely fast paced environment
Posses strong orientation toward detail and ability to work well under tight deadlines
Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks across user groups
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must possess strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
