This position is responsible for leading and overseeing all Rite-Hite Corporate communications to ensure a consistent corporate image across each business' marketing plan as well as efficient utilization of marketing resources. In addition, this position will be directly responsible for development and coordination of all internet / interactive marketing strategies across all Rite-Hite Operating Companies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
The incumbent will serve as a clearinghouse for all Rite-Hite external and internal communications to ensure a consistent corporate image.
Establish marketing standards for all literature including sales tools to ensure consistent branding.
Serve as marketing liaison between Corporate headquarters and International businesses.
Facilitate Marketing Council, which incorporates all businesses, to ensure coordination of marketing resources for maximum efficiency.
Monitor Trademark and Copyright establishment and compliance.
This position will provide oversight of all employee newsletters including but not limited to the Arbon Voice and RH Employee Bulletin, etc.
Provide marketing support to Arbon including but not limited to Arbon full-line brochure, demo vans, etc.
Coordinate corporate marketing projects such as corporate video and iPad app system.
Select, order and maintain inventory of promotional merchandise for employees and customers.
This position may provide general marketing support as possible and needed including assistance with brochures, videos, press releases, competitive comparison, sales tools and new product roll outs to all businesses within Rite-Hite.
The incumbent is responsible for oversight of all Rite-Hite owned web sites including but not limited to Caljan, DuctSox, RH Europe, Rite-Hite Fans, etc. Product related content is the responsibility of the product companies. Responsibilities include development and coordination of Internet web pay strategies throughout Rite-Hite's various businesses as well as the distribution network. These strategies will include corporate web pages, corporate extranets, customer intranets, vertical and/or horizontal portals, e-marketplaces, and other potential opportunities as technology and the general business climate dictate.
This position will develop and manage social media strategies including but not limited to utilization of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
The incumbent is responsible for monitoring and communicating leading edge Internet marketing approaches utilized both within our industry as well as similar industries. The incumbent will oversee the corporate media relations program. The incumbent will work with each business and an outside agency to allocate corporate resources in a manner that is beneficial to the corporation as a whole.
The incumbent is responsible for effectively communicating with our customers and distributors to ensure that our e-business strategies truly deliver value and enhance our customers overall experience with Rite-Hite Corporation and its Operating Companies.
The incumbent will manage and facilitate the use of the corporate marketing sign off program. The result of this program will be a series of checks and balances to ensure that each product line is suitably represented when used as part of cross business advertising.
The incumbent will analyze all leads obtained from various advertising sources and will provide feedback to each business as to the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns. The result of this information will allow each business leader to maximize the return on their marketing dollar.
This position will provide oversight and will coordinate all business' advertising including the Sweet’s Catalog and the Thomas Register to ensure a consistent corporate image and to minimize costs.
The incumbent is responsible for coordinating all trade show activities and for procuring all the necessary trade show materials. This activity will encompass scheduling of equipment for local shows, coordinating set ups / tear downs and organizing manpower support for the trade show activity.
The incumbent is responsible for coordinating and promoting all Rite-Hite sales contests and trips including analysis of representative sales volume and performance necessary to participate. This includes site selection, social activities, and maximizing the motivational aspect of the event.

This position has supervisory responsibility for a Social Media Marketing Specialist.

Maintain and enhance RH's leadership position in the top market segments.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.S., B.A. or B.B.A.) from a four-year college or university specializing in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field; and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. In addition, the candidate must possess strong organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to coordinate multiple priorities with a minimal amount of supervision. Also, knowledge of Desktop and publishing applications, web site development, and previous experience in the production of materials and creative writing ability is required.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
