Springleaf Financial Services has an opening for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Support Specialist at our Corporate Headquarters in Evansville, IN.
- Provide telephone support to resolve problems associated with operational processes, procedures, systems and technology; Refer problem calls to appropriate support level to ensure timely resolution and prevention of future problem incidents, when necessary.
- Learn problem and system management tools; business operation which include branches, and specialized business units.
- Demonstrated good customer service, problem determination, and typing skills
- Associates Degree in a related field and 1 year of information technology or banking/finance software application experience, with customer service
- Or High School diploma and 3 years of information technology or banking/finance software application experience, with customer service
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) required
