Qualified candidate will support our client in the areas of MI/BI analysis, design, metric collection, and technical documentation of various applications. Candidate must have extensive experience with gathering, analyzing and development/documentation of detailed requirements; experience with development of test plans and use cases, and knowledge of MI/BI. Candidate must have excellent writing skills. Candidate will interface regularly with the technical project lead and at times the customer to ensure that project requirements are consistent, complete, correct, and operationally defined. Candidate will have experience with requirements analysis, acceptance testing, test preparation and MI/BI driven development methodology/concepts.
Candidate will possess strong oral and written communications skills in order to clearly and effectively convey concepts, issues, reports, and other deliverables to counterparts. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are necessary to support the project team while working to meet the competing needs and challenges of the customer. Demonstrated self-starter, highly motivated, team player who adapts to a dynamic work environment.

Experience in the development, implementation and/or management of MI/BI reporting solutions in a call center environment.

Strong proficiency in MS Office Excel and Visio
Experience with creating and maintaining Data Flow Diagrams.
Proficient in creating and maintaining Sequence Diagram, Activity Diagrams, and other UML diagrams.
Knowledge in both client-server and mainframe-based systems and the connectivity/infrastructure requirements to support, design, develop and implement such systems.
Exposure to writing technical White Papers and systems design documents.
Experience/knowledge of relational databases, DB2
Knowledge of system architecture and system engineering processes and procedures;
Call center experience and a working knowledge of how call centers function; VOIP implementation experience;
Experience working as a government contractor;
Prior experience with Requirements Management tools such as Requisite Pro, Caliber RM. Familiar with various configuration management products including Rational Suite, MKS
Excellent customer service skills and exposure.
Bachelors degrees from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 11 years of professional experience; 9 years of specific experience with a related Masters degree.
