Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Mobile Accord currently operates services across four continents.We are currently looking for a Project Manager to support our Software Development initiatives in our Denver office. This position will be responsible for managing multiple project initiatives, ensuring strict deadlines are met, and overseeing quality control throughout its lifecycle. This position will work closely with Development team, project stakeholders, and external partners to determine timelines and deliverables for each project. The Project Manager will manage existing projects by developing internal reporting systems, write reports, maintain excellent historical records and work with staff to ensure each project or program is meeting proposal conditions and expectations. Key Responsibilities:

As primary project manager for the GeoPoll product, this position is responsible for managing product development initiatives and integrations with international wireless carriers and partners.

Manage software development projects, planning, and execution. Gather estimates for tasks and features, schedule deliverables, and track work against committed timelines.

Ensures project deliverables meet business requirements and are clearly understood by the technical team, execute testing on development efforts, contribute to group learning and best practice development

Participates in project team reviews to review test cases, documentation and other specifications throughout the development phase to ensure all project team members understand and implement functional requirements and user interface plans as intended

Works closely with the International and North America Business Development teams from sales to service handoff to ensure client expectations are clearly defined and understood.

Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members

Effectively communicates relevant project information to the Executive teams

Resolves and/or communicates issues in a timely fashion

Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path

Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools

Acts as a liaison between departments to support IT project completion and meet business needs

Develops and delivers project dashboard reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations

Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential risks and creates contingency plans

Manages requirements and user stories within the project development application

Works with Development team to complete project scoping and LOE assessments

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical/business discipline

3+ years experience as a Project manager, lead, or business analyst on software development team.

Ability to speak and write in any of the following languages will be a strong plus: Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, Dari, Pashto

Experience running projects and/or product development using the Agile/Scrum development methodology

Possess general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design

Demonstrated ability to develop business process models

Strong analytical, facilitation and problem-solving, to include solid experience in writing functional specifications

Ability to perform well under pressure, adapt to change and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Self starter with assertive follow through and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Ability to build consensus, work through others in achieving desired results and objectives and communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

Knowledge of project management software, specifically PivotalTracker and Microsoft Project

Knowledge of contracts and agreements preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master certification preferred
