We are looking to strengthen our local technical team with an FAE based in Northwest Los Angeles, California. Specifically along the 101 corridor from Calabasas to Santa Barbara.
The position is full time and permanent.
The Job
Working as a FAE requires pre and post sales technical assistance for Xilinx customers by becoming the trusted advisor on the advanced use of Xilinx solutions. FAEs are responsible for assisting customers with design development tools, design optimization, creating and running design examples, demos, customer visits, customer training, design conversions, benchmarks, responding to RFI/RFQs and more. Job Requirements
A BSEE in Electronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent
At least five years experience working with digital electronics, including FPGAs. Xilinx experience highly desirable.
Detailed knowledge and understanding of VHDL and/or Verilog.
Knowledge of embedded processors, DSP, and DDR memory.
Knowledge of PCIe, Ethernet, XAUI, or other high speed serial IO protocols.
Team work.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, spoken and written. Additional Details
