Description
Essential Job Functions
Serve as lead instructor/analyst in course/curriculum instruction, review, development, and implementation for academics supporting CID warfare training requirements.
Primary liaison with fleet training activities, commands, and schoolhouses for academic review, instruction analysis, and course content requirements with training requirements originators e.g., TYCOMs, NFC, USFF, etc.
Provide analysis and recommendations for preferred course/instruction delivery, face to face instruction, webpage instruction, and CBT. Includes cost analysis/efficiencies on a per student basis. Requires close coordination between program leads for proper identification of requirements.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, education, human resources or related field preferred
Nine or more years of training experience
Five or more years of supervisory experience included
Experience working with communications practices, principles and procedures for both on-site and virtual presentations
Experience working with instructional design and adult learning and training methodologies

Shall have significant documented naval shipboard network system administrator operational experience with a minimum of two (2) afloat tours as an Information Professional officer or senior enlisted.
Shall have a broad technical experience in the fields of communications and information assurance in an operational environment.
Shall have in-depth technical understanding of communications systems such as
Automated Digital Network System (ADNS)
Integrated Shipboard Network System (ISNS)
Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange (CENTRIX)
GCCS-M
Navy Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS)
SCI Networks
Etc.
Shall have documented experience as a Navy communications/network instructor or qualification as a Navy Master Training Specialist; significant documented instructional systems design experience related to Navy C4ISR mission.
Shall be conversant in national/joint communications system capabilities.
Prior assignment(s) to Network Operations Center (NOC) is preferred.
TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.
