Provides administrative support to a Vice President, including preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence; makes travel arrangements; manages VP's calendar and schedules meetings. Closely monitors multiple budgets for compliance and forecasting; processes invoices and maintains detailed and accurate expense records.
Manages the work calendar and travel schedule for the VP. Evaluates meeting/event requests (requestor and purpose) and determines whether or not the VP would want time scheduled. Assigns an appropriate time/place on the calendar. Assembles and prepares presentations when warranted.
Manages departmental administrative budget. Prepares VP's invoices and travel expenses for approval. Codes invoices and reviews expense reimbursements. Prepares business updates. May coordinate the expense justification process for the organization
Orders and maintains supplies and equipment for multiple departments
High School Diploma and 2 years experience
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
Basic finance and accounting skills;
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and set priorities.
Ability to work independently.
