Our Executive Chef Ryan Loo and his talented culinary team are seeking a Lead Cook who is ready to flex their creative style, bring their passion for culinary arts, and a strong desire for career growth.

This position – Lead Cook – will plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with departmental quality standards and specifications. Direct, train and monitor performance of assigned staff ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with standards. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

Requirements

  • Three (3) years experience as a line cook at a 4 star hotel or restaurant
  • Ability to communication in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.
  • Ability to do basic arithmetic.
  • Ability to provide legible communication.
  • Ability to work all stations in the kitchen.
