THIS IS AN OFF CAMPUS POSITION.
The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for working in a very fast paced environment while providing excellent customer service. The Guest Service Agent is responsible for checking in and checking out guests, taking reservations over the phone and taking care of any guests concerns. You will also be responsible for assisting guests with directions and providing information about the Lexington area. You will also be communicating with other departments, within the hotel, to ensure that guests receive the best service possible. Weekends and holidays are required.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
REQUIRED: Ability to work in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of excellent customer service, have basic computer knowledge and be able to handle inbound calls on multiple phone lines.
PREFERRED: Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right person.
