Associates Degree or equivalent preferred

Medical office and switchboard experience preferred.

Customer Service or an equivalent combination of education and experience directly relating to the described functions, knowledge, skills and abilities

Answer phone calls

Scheduling clinic patient appointments

Taking messages from

patients, pharmacy, other

clinics, MD’s, etc.

4.

Inter-department paging

5.

Able to think creatively in meeting difficult scheduling +

requests.

6.

Schedule nursing home visits, meeting on provider

ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Other duties as assigned,

Reminder calls for next day appointments,

may provide back up coverage for reception and medical records.
