The Omni Providence has an
outstanding career opportunity for a unique professional dedicated to
delivering uncompromised customer service. The Loyalty Manager
to work closely with Front Office Operations to ensure the
satisfaction and recruitment of Select Guests. The
Loayalty Manager will Identify all arriving Select Guests
to ensure they receive all personal preferences, while
resolving all Select Guest problems, issues, and complaints
using Omni Power of One.

Requirements:
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast pace work environment
  • Must be able to work well without direct supervision
  • Must be customer service oriented, ability to multi task, detail oriented and excellent organizational skills needed

  • Must be passionate and enthusiastic about customer service

  • Must have F ront of House appearance and demeanor

  • M ust be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, overnights and holidays

  • Previous customer service and basic computer experienced required

  • Ability to coach, supervise, and train Front Desk associates

  • Knowledge of Opera Property Management System preferred

  • Must be able to stand/walk for 10-hour shift.

  • Must have 1+ years of Front Office Experience, 2 years preferred

  • Must have a college degree
