The Business Systems Analyst - Procure to Pay is an empowered team member who works with the our Enterprise Applications team, Crane Electronics Group Leaders and (Business) stakeholders to identify, design, develop and implement technology-based solutions for their respective business area with the objective to improve productivity, lower operating costs and/or increase revenue. The BSA II contributes with subject matter expertise (systems and processes) to group-wide initiatives.
Contributes to major group-wide initiatives (i.e. ERP implementation) as a subject matter expert and solutions architect.
Leads small to mid-size group-wide initiatives in the assigned process areas under the guidance and direction of the Manager, Enterprise Applications.
Serves as a track lead for “Projects” and/or “Procure to Pay” on large group-wide initiatives under the guidance and direction of an experienced project manager and/or solution architect.
Develops and coaches the Super User organization in the assigned business area
Develops an effective approach to maintaining enterprise applications for the assigned area
Provides production support for applications in the assigned business area
2+ years experience with Oracle EBS Release 11i or Release 12 in an application support or consulting role pertaining to Oracle Projects or Purchasing/iProcurement.
5+ years experience in a Projects or Procurement role using Oracle EBS;
Expertise in maintenance and configuration (setup) of the Oracle Projects or Procurement.
Full cycle Oracle EBS implementation or major upgrade experience.
Conceptual understanding of Cost Accounting in a high tech manufacturing environment for a government contractor.
Experience with DCAA audit and SOX compliance.
Experience with AIM Methodology or similar ERP implementation methodologies, Business Process Engineering and Project Management tools.
Oracle Certifications pertaining to the subject matter are a plus
APICS Certifications are a plus
