Responsibilities include:
Ensuring a quality dining experience for our residents
Supervising the day to day operations of the dining room
Scheduling, managing, and training of dining room employees
Overseeing billing of resident food charges
We seek the following qualifications:
ServSafe certified (or able to become within 6 months of employment)
California Food Handler Card *
3 years leadership in restaurant setting
Country Club experience
Working position
8 hour days, weekends and holidays
Voice in operation of department
Proven leadership abilities
Courteous, polite
Neat and professional dress
Able to work side by side and lead at the same time with an established crew
Understand scheduling and labor costs
Proactive in cost savings
Able to work independently
