Requirements:
Senior Systems Engineer

Title: Senior Systems Engineer

Location: Dulles VA, Aurora CO

Travel: Opportunities for travel will be available

Clearance: TS/SCI

Summary: Work in small innovative teams on mission critical software applications Responsible for performing multiple phases of the systems engineering lifecycle to include technical planning, requirement analysis, system design, scheduling, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk assessment, and supportability and effectiveness for large data system. Use of solid process implementation and control practices to ensure quality system management.

Desired Skills/Experience:
Experience with architecture development and documentation

Experience writing test procedures

Experience with Messaging and/or ESB Technologies

Experience in virtualized operations and deployment

Experience with mission management/ planning systems

Experience in coordination and installation of systems to customer location

Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) processes, policies and guidance

Required Skills/Experience:
5+ years’ experience supporting full life-cycle software development (analysis, design, test, deployment, and maintenance)

Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems

Experience with decomposition of system and functional level requirements

Technical writing skills to include: requirements documentation, concepts of operation, software release notes, user guides, and maintenance manuals

Experience executing test procedures.
