The Document Controller is responsible for developing and maintaining all Document Control issues arising on allocated Projects and ensuring that such activities are carried out in a satisfactory manner, to a consistently high standard. |
Roles & Responsibilities
To maintain a comprehensive Document Control System for use on Assets Group work scopes.
To maintain all Document Control issues arising from any allocated Project or Scope of Work, including:
Interfacing with Client Document Controller(s) to ensure that all
document registers/databases (such as Documentum and DocPro) is
maintained and up-to-date.
Maintenance of Customer Operations Room
documentation, ensure that this is kept up-to-date.
Issuance / receipt and distribution of both incoming and outgoing
documentation to Customers and Subcontractors.
Issuance and control of Customers 'Green Bags' for
Assisting in the training and development of other Document Control personnel.
Supporting other discrete packages / work as may be required on a time-to-time basis.
The Document Controller shall ensure that they comply with the Company HSE Policy. It should be noted that each person has a responsibility for the safety and quality aspects of the work that they undertake. Any questions relating to HSE and/or the QMS should be brought to the attention of the Team Leader.
