Reporting to the Global Director, Talent Acquisition, the Recruiting Coordinator will provide professional coordination support to the Corporate staffing team, Global HR Directors and Corporate client groups. This role will involve contact and exposure to all levels of management, in many cases in an international environment, necessitating the highest level of corporate image, diplomacy, confidentiality, discretion and judgment.



Experienced Hires

Provide full-life cycle coordination and process support to the talent acquisition teams; including posting job adverts, interview scheduling, logistics, candidate and hiring manager management, and on-boarding

Manage all activities related to recruitment processes and all staffing costs associated with delivering solutions for customer groups

Enhance the current interview process into a more efficient and standardized system, including creating interview guides for hiring managers based on position competencies

University Hires

Partner with Global University Programs Manager to deliver University hiring and development goals including scheduling and attending career fairs, interviewing candidates, and making hiring recommendations to managers; maintain Praxair brand and image on the university campuses

Conduct comparative analysis as needed to strengthen university programs and recruiting initiatives

Assist with monitoring current processes relevant to university programs and recruiting initiatives, incorporating feedback for process enhancement/improvement

Act as Danbury Intern Program and Leadership Development Program Coordinator, responsible for coordinating orientation, activities, and intern conversion process (approx. 10-15 annually)

Systems and Metrics

Serve as System Administrator and Power User for global Applicant Tracking System

Single point of contact for all candidates and hiring managers for recruiting logistics

Subject Matter Expert for Lominger Success Profile Architect and Interview Architect

Ensure the provision of reporting data and metrics on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis (ie. maintain Global Talent Acquisition and university hiring dashboards for use by the HR Directors and Senior Management, intern program updates)

Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline

At least 1 year of previous work experience in a high volume recruitment coordinator role either in-house or agency (i.e. interview scheduling, candidate/hiring manager management, booking travel, processing expenses, etc)

1+ years previous experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo and/or SumTotal a plus)

Technically proficient with MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word

Proven ability to build strong relationships with HR team, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders in the business

Ability to demonstrate experience working in a fast moving, deadline driven environment

Detail orientated, analytical, organized and a self starter

Excellent rapport via phone and email with hiring managers and candidates

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)

Strong teamwork skills and proven ability to work under tight deadlines

Ability to multitask

Must be able to travel domestically 15% of the time

Knowledge of US employment laws, immigration, and visas

Direct sourcing experience (i.e. Linkedin, CareerBuilder)
