As a Pharmacy Analyst you will:|
Complete routine and moderately complex data analysis projects on wellness/engagement.
Execute special analysis projects along with regularly scheduled reporting responsibilities with manual aborts.
Communicate results to multiple levels in the organization and generate meaningful communications for the HCPR leadership team.
Maintain and prepare procedural documentation
Generate monthly/custom requested reports
Triage reported problems to determine the most efficient manner of resolution
Automate a lot of manual processes and report out on trending.
Responsible for communication of trends of HCPR Metrics to the leadership team
Wellness/engagement leader for the HCPR team. You will take the engagement metrics from IMPACT planning scores and implement a plan to help improve scores, be able to measure the changes and report out on improvements.
Entering data into spreadsheets, compile data and also cross checking, reviewing and analyzing data
Entering processing and closing aborted cases
Some data entry
Coordinate and plan meetings

Experience analyzing data/statistical background
Strong organizational skills

Associate's Degree or equivalent amount of experience
Must be experienced and proficient with Microsoft Word, Access, Outlook, Excel and Visio
