Responsible for the tactical management of individual product launches including managing the approvals process, facilitating the efforts of all internal teams and serving as the central point for the dissemination of information. Will oversee the production and marketing of trading cards, games and other related products worldwide.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned.

Manages the execution of products from conception to market.

Coordinates and oversees the efforts of internal teams.

Reviews details of completed work from parties related to each product.

Maintains internal documentation related to the product.

Serves as the point of contact for licensors.

Provides financial forecasting and P&L statement development for new products

Supports related product teams (Marketing, Production, Sales etc.) by providing relevant product information and files.

Helps evaluate market success of the product and makes recommendations for strategic changes to the Product Manager.


This position will interact closely with the Product Manager and departmental personnel along with related Company staff members and external parties.

Education/Years Experience

Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Marketing or a closely related field or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in the field of marketing product management or in a related area.

Deep knowledge of current and past sporting events and milestones;

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Product management or related industry experience, or experience with licensed products.

Familiarity with general marketing techniques.

Familiarity with licensed sports autographed and unsigned collectibles or other relevant subject matter a plus.

Strong ability to lead and work within teams.

Excellent oral and written communications skills in English. Skills with one or more additional languages a plus.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple, high priority projects with a keen attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, consulting, analytical and problem solving abilities.

Professional demeanor; team player orientation. Ability to interface with internal and external parties.

Ability to perform duties under minimal supervision while exercising discretion and independent judgment.

Hands on, energetic and motivated self-starter.

Ability to travel on behalf of the Company.

Proficiency in the following software or systems: MS Office (advanced Word/Excel), Acrobat, and MS Project.
