DESCRIPTION

The Senior Engagement Lead is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers who enter and exit the store.

DUTIES

  • Greeting all customers entering the store.
  • Answering customer questions and directing them to appropriate section of store based on their needs.
  • Checking customer bags at customer service counter.
  • Checking all customer receipts as customers exit the store to ensure all items on receipt are accounted for.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Retail electronics and/or technology experience a plus.
  • HS diploma or GED required.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly smile
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule
  • Able to lift 50 pounds - ladder climbing required
  • Loss prevention experience a plus*
