Summary:
Works to build relationships with physicians, operating room staff, and customers including hospital administrators, and hospital materials management and billing employees to:
a. Market new services.
b. Meet contractual requirements;
c. Resolve IONM, credentialing, operational or business issues;
d. Maintain client satisfaction;
e. Retain and grow account(s) or program(s); and
Manages the day-to-day IONM activities at the account(s) or program(s) that may include but not be limited to the following as needed:
a. Coordinates the scheduling of IONM associates, including vacation scheduling.
b. Manages productivity, labor and the budget for the account(s) to meet or exceed
targets.
c. Collects and reports quality indicator data as required. Demonstrates quality
improvement.
d. Monitors IONM activities to comply with:
i. The Joint Commission standards;
ii. The Company’s policies;
iii. Applicable policies at the account(s) or program(s); and
Education and/or Experience:
Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Biological Sciences preferred. Preferred certification by ABRET (i.e. CNIM, D.ABNM REEGT or REPT)
