Title: Inbound Sales Operations Manager
Location: Ogden, Utah
Employment Duration: Full-time
Reports to: Director of Operations
Wayfair, the largest online-only retailer of home furnishings and house wares in the United States, is looking for a self-motivated Sales Leader with a track record of building great sales teams. The right candidate will have experience developing future leaders and motivating teams, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to thoughtfully maximize a sales process for the best possible outcomes. Other critical success factors for this role include a competitive spirit, a great attitude, flexibility, and an objective point of view on team performance.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, supervising and coaching inbound sales teams and Supervisors
Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs to close performance gaps
Ensures appropriate resources are available to meet changing customer service requirements and call demands and meet performance objectives
Making decisions about business policies, managing risks and resolving employee issues
Coordinates and implements bonus, reward and recognition programs to drive both group and individual performance
Hold regular meetings to discuss performance trends and pass on corporate and local initiatives
Qualifications:
5+ years of sales management experience, with proven leadership track record and verifiable history of managing a successful, high volume inbound sales teams
3+ years of experience in call centers with 100+ employees
Ability to adapt to changing environments and “roll up your sleeves” – this role is very “hands on”
Proven coaching skills that can impact both front-line agents and develop supervisors
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (i.e. 5+ years industry experience in lieu of degree)
Proficiency in MS Office suite and excellent oral and written communication skills
