      A Maintenance Technician II with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for performing a variety of moderately complex and simple maintenance tasks to ensure full physical functionality of all facilities, units and amenities.

      What will I be doing?

      As a Maintenance Technician II, you would be responsible for performing a variety of moderately complex and simple maintenance tasks to ensure full physical functionality of all facilities, units and amenities. Determine the repair procedures and conducting repair on defective equipment and parts. Perform a variety of inspections, repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, HVAC and masonry. Operate and repair electrical timers for irrigation, alarm, exterior audio and A/C systems. Perform exterior maintenance including installation and replacement of landscape plantings and the operation of landscape equipment to mow, trim, prune, fertilize, etc. Prepare and paint surfaces of building structure, furniture and equipment using proper application techniques and various products. Prepare and maintain wood surfaces requiring staining, varnishing and lacquering. Maintain all tools and pool equipment to ensure all equipment is clean and in proper working order, ensuring the proper use, cleanliness of equipment, and storage in proper areas at the end of your shift. Records and reports completed repairs and items that need further attention.

      Basic Qualifications
      High school graduate or equivalency required.
      Preferred Qualifications
      Previous maintenance experience in hospitality industry preferred.
