Provides full scope of staffing initiatives, including planning and development of staffing opportunities and practice profiles; consulting and communicating with hospital and clinic administration, physicians, operations vice presidents, directors, managers, and supervisors; sells the organization to staffing agencies and potential candidates; screens physician and credentialed practitioner locum candidates; facilitates contract negotiations; manages/coordinates orientation; initiates credentialing/privileging process; monitors terms of agency contracts. Confers with stakeholders to develop staffing plans including cost/benefit justification of potential solutions. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, agencies, internal customers, and others.
QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)
Education and/or years experience required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, Health or related field.
• Minimum of two years experience in recruitment/staffing preferred .
