GEM Virtual MAC 2 - 1288078 Description
      Primary Job Responsibilities:
      • Sell wireless data and mobile application solutions to customers in the Government, Education, and Medical segment (GEM)
      • A GEM Virtual Mobility Application Consultant (VMAC) works in conjunction with an assigned pod of GEM Field MACs, supporting associated segment sales teams to sell wireless data and mobile application solutions to customers across the US
      • 50% of GEM VMAC time is spent selling virtually from assigned work locations leveraging technology and remote tools, and 50% of time is spent customer facing in the field with GEM Field MACs and GEM account teams
      • Become subject matter expert (SME) on GEM mobility solutions portfolio
      • Drive increased sales opportunities and activity through strategic and tactical outbound sales campaigns
      • Support Field MAC pod in sales replication strategies, account team knowledge transfer sessions, and other sales productivity enhancement initiatives
      • Employ consultative selling techniques to exceed sales targets
      • Participate in strategic opportunity and module reviews with assigned GEM Field MACs and GEM account teams
      • Provide timely and accurate account status reports, forecasts, opportunity funnel and business plans to sales leadership and operational teams as required
      • Continually upgrade and enhance personal knowledge levels and skill set by attending all MAC training programs
      • Be seen as a valuable, reliable resource that assigned sales teams can easily access and count on for prompt and accurate responses to questions and requests

      • Prefer 3-5 years of successful sales experience; preferably applications / solution sales in wireless, data or telecom industry
      • Prefer 3-5 years of successful sale experience within the Government, Education, or Medical segments
      • Require exceptional computer, verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal and phone skills
      • Well organized with attention to detail
      • Passion for winning, aggressive and disciplined.
      • Ability to comfortably interact with senior leadership and customer executives
      • Present professional image of self and company
      • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn a technical product or service
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
