LDD Easton Ridge Management, Inc. is the development, sales and marketing manager for Suncadia, LLC d/b/a Suncadia Real Estate Sales Company.
This position’s primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors to the sales and marketing offices of the resort.
Duties will include some clerical support to the sales and marketing staff including compiling reports, filing, and assistance with special projects.
This position requires the ability to maintain a positive, professional manner in a busy and/or changeable office atmosphere.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line telephone system and take messages or refer calls to the appropriate person and/or voice mail;
Greet the public and owners in a professional, service oriented manner;
Operate office equipment including fax machines, copiers, computers, scanners, etc;
Type correspondence and reports as needed using the MS Word and MS Excel;
Assist with keeping office supplies stocked;
Schedule meetings as needed and make necessary arrangements to accommodate same, i.e., lunch, equipment, materials, etc;
Other duties as required.
Excellent customer service focus and communication skills.
· · High school graduate, preferred.
· Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
· Compute mathematical calculations.
· Ability to:
