Offering more than 1,100 name brand products, PayCheck Direct gives employees a financially manageable way to purchase computers, large appliances, furniture, electronics and more. There are no credit checks, hidden fees, interest or finance charges. Employees receive their purchase right away. Purchases are shipped directly to the employee's home.Location: Remote (relocation not required) We are looking for sales managers with B2B sales experience preferably in the voluntary benefits arena with existing network of employer and broker relationships. These positions will work cross-functionally with Account Management, IT, Credit, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Merchandising.Responsibilities: Responsible for the sales of PayCheck Direct program to employers in key industry sectors. Develop relationships with benefits brokers and benefit platforms to offer to their client bases. Attend tradeshows representing PayCheck Direct. Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, networking, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on employers, brokers, and benefit platforms. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory in Salesforce.com. Demonstrate product knowledge in the voluntary benefits and employer market. Develop annual business plan in conjunction with Director, Business Development, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting or exceeding sales quota. Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors. Create and conduct effective proposal presentations. Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals. Demonstrates the ability to gather, submit detailed business information for underwriting, and presentation of solutions to identified prospects' business problems. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
