A Pre Arrival Manager with Hilton Hotels and Resorts is responsible for managing the reservations process and operation in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Pre Arrival Manager, you would be responsible for managing the reservations process and operation in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Manage daily Reservations processes and operations to include, but not limited to, room inventory and availability, group rooming lists and room blocks, satellite check in, daily occupancy, selling strategy by room type, systems use and management, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation

Manage and communicate information regarding hotel occupancy, promotion, special reservation operational procedures, operational issues and special events

Monitor an

d develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations, providing professional development and delivering recognition and reward

Recruit, interview and train team members

Calculate, prepare and generate designated reports

Modify and update daily shift checklists based on operational changes

Complete daily NOR1 and max. potential revenue

Hotel assignmnet quality

Reservations quality to ensure speed and efficiency arrivals

Acting MOD and/or FOM when necessary

What are we looking for?

The individual must posses the the minimum requierements:
High School Diploma

Four year College degree (preferred)

Five years combined prior front desk, reservations supervisory experience

Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish). Ability to read, write,speak and understand english and spnaishi language to communicatre effectively with guest and employees

Basic mathematical comprehension

Abiltity to anylize informations and make effective judgements

Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
