This position will assist in all customer concerns. This includes from initial contact, follow-up, any research or review, and resolution. The cycle concludes with written report to be provided to board level committee. Will be responsible for reviewing all risk management reports to include facilitation of root cause analysis. Based upon anlysis, individual will collaborate with others to affect system-wide change in delivery of care. This is part-time benefited position.
