Canon Business Process Services is presently hiring a
Process Improvement Manager.
The ideal candidate will have Six Sigma, BlackBelt certification.
The Manager – Process Improvement ensures organization-wide operational efficiency by
formulation and implementation of best practices in business process management. This person is
responsible for developing, implementing and managing strategies that improve processes, while
delivering quality enhancements and significant cost savings to the business and to its customers.
Leads in identifying and scoping improvement activities
Executes a disciplined approach to understanding facts, data, and statistical analysis
Uses statistical process control techniques to identify where processes can be changed to bring
about savings and improve customer service
Establishes process benchmarks for business processes from external sources
Acts as an agent for Six Sigma within the business units, by identifying and promoting
Executes Six Sigma projects to achieve business targets
Establishes relationships with internal and external customers to determine Critical to Quality
characteristics ensuring business performance exceeds customer expectations
Responsible for guiding management in the appropriate use of Six Sigma tools
Establishes an infrastructure to enable continuous change and improvement
Monitors developments and ensures business processes continually incorporate methodologies

Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel

Proficiency in PowerPoint/other presentation software
Demonstrated and proven execution skills
Exceptional organizational, analytical and process skills
Superior knowledge of project management and
Strong negotiating skills
Must have excellent time management skills
Must have excellent writing and presentation skills
Must be a strategic/creative thinker and results oriented
Demonstrated propensity for leadership, initiative, flexibility
and follow through; a strong team approach
Strong coaching and facilitation skills
