Job Description Role Summary
Primary responsibility includes strategic account management for large and/or complex national accounts. Also, responsible for the sales of additional products/services to existing accounts. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through selling new business to existing accounts, managing major account relationships, and organizing and developing the national accounts sales force. May direct and oversees a number of national account manager positions. Positions may include incumbents who are responsible for large and/or complex accounts not on a national basis. IC eligible

. Requirements Qualifications
4 year college degree required or equivalency.
Minimum 2 years of Account Management or Underwriting experience
Group Life Health Sales License required.
Has working knowledge of the market segment, industry, CGI products and services, and primary Medical-Disability connectivity.
Financial/Underwriting acumen, technical knowledge and analytical skills with effective presentation capabilities.
Knowledge of competitor's group insurance products, provisions, and overall philosophy with the ability to leverage our competencies to further support profitability and sales objectives.
