, your key responsibilities will include:
Performing all duties in accordance with documented procedures
Observing Treasury and Prudential policies
Ensuring that documented administrative procedures for disbursements are observed, breaches are reported to the appropriate Manager and are resolved
Processing payment of Superannuation benefits by Cheque, EFT, TT, client member banking and direct lodgement
Processing Fund investments/redemptions
Maintaining and reporting on monthly performance data
This is a challenging, fast paced and high volume position therefore we are looking for people who possess the following skills and attributes:
Process orientated with strong numeracy and literacy skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to structure workflow to meet demanding timeframes
Ability to perform all duties in accordance with fully documented procedures
High levels of concentration
Sound communication skills
Understanding of superannuation; banking and cashbook principals
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
