JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of insurance verification and pre-certification to ensure customer satisfaction, efficient information processing, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Pre registering patients for scheduled services.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS: High school degree or equivalent required.

Minimum of two years of hospital or insurance

company experience required.

Minimum of one year in the insurance verification/

pre-certification/ billing setting.

Have knowledge of pc, calculator, and other general

office equipment experience.

Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.

Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and HMO insurance plans and their regulations.
