We are seeking a Program Control Analyst to provide financial support for all company professional services contracts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:
  • Prepare, analyze and maintain annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business reports which consolidate information from various functional areas to include staffing, recruiting, finance, task management
  • Develop and maintain Estimates at Completion, Estimates to Complete, Quad charts and other financial reports
  • Utilize existing financial controls, procedures, systems and forecasting tools and techniques to evaluate contract/program/task status and ensure compliance with corporate, government and customer requirements
  • Prepare budgets, financial forecasts and schedules for contract work and perform and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles and variance analysis
  • Perform projection analysis of cash flow and profitability for service projects
  • Perform scheduled and ad hoc analyses, EACs and financial reports to ensure cost control guidelines
  • Prepare written and verbal reports and presentations directed to upper level management
  • Review and approve customer (NP) invoices and supplier (NR) invoices
  • Assist in developing and supporting process improvement initiatives, and ongoing internal audits
  • Support and assist in the development and management of enterprise, program, and project financial planning, analysis, measurement, and control as it relates to CMMI ML2 Process Areas of Measurement and Analysis (MA) and Process and Product Quality Assurance (PPQA)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required:
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years in a program/project control position
  • Career level experience with Costpoint
  • Working knowledge in Deltek Enterprise Planner, Deltek Budgeting and Planning and Cognos are a plus
  • Experience working in and with CMMI standards
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and federal contracting types (Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials, and Cost Plus)
  • Corporate-level project/cost accounting experience to include revenue, wrap rate structures, profitability, operating income, indirect costs, direct costs, etc.
  • Proven ability to formulate financial projections, budgets and plans
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Must possess high level of competence with Microsoft Excel and Project
