Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Member/Provider Services, responsible for the smooth, efficient operation of the Member/Provider Services Department. Provides guidance to all support staff towards resolution of problems with an emphasis on trouble shooting difficult or sensitive situations. Oversees the training of Member/Provider Services staff. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field or equivalent preferred. Prior supervisory experience in a contact center required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required with a good command of the English language. Investigative, decision-making, problem solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills required. Excellent command of the English language is essential.
