IFCO SYSTEMS is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Regional Operations Manager. We are seeking smart energetic candidates driven to succeed. This position will be assigned to our RPC Management Services Division in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, but will also be responsible for a future service center located in the Northwest and frequent travel will be required. This position will manage total operations and ensure the success of both facilities. Ideal candidates will possess demonstrated experience in the areas of: Operations Safety, Quality Assurance, managing Production and Operating Costs, Financial Reporting, and Compliance with State, Federal, and Company Guidelines. Responsibilities: Continually search for more efficient and safer ways to meet the needs of our customers and business. Responsible for P&L of Services Center/Distribution Center operations. Manage multiple service centers and oversee management personnel. Strategically assess and realign processes and procedures as business demands change. Monitor, audit, and delegate all functions performed within the facility including: Safety, HR/Payroll, Quality/AIB processes, Production, Financial/Costs, and other Facility functions as required. Ensure site management properly monitors Daily Productivity, Shipping, Receiving, and all Data entries performed in association with these functions. Accepts responsibility of all aspects of the operation, especially during challenging/difficult times while ensuring the operation consistently achieves quality/safety/financial goals set forth by IFCO Systems’ Senior Management.
Job Requirements: Applicants must have P&L and budgeting experience. Proven Planning and Organizational skills with the ability to handle high volume operational requirements. Excellent decision making skills. Work with Sales through teamwork functions or during customer visits helping to meet and exceed customer expectations. Candidates must be goal driven and results oriented; be able to work effectively and efficiently with others. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strategic thinking ability, strong math and computer skills, and solid presentation skills. Applicants need a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team and enable others to achieve excellence.
